so on wednesday and saturday of last week i had sushi for dinner for varying reasons. on wednesday i had miso with the sushi and on sunday i had a craving for miso soup. see, on wednesday i went to a restaurant. on saturday we got takeout from a really good little udon/sushi shop hidden in an asian supermarket. i bought some tofu and miso paste and remembered that i had the dried seaweed at home (forogt what it was called for the moment)

so on sunday i cooked about 5 bowls of miso soup with different ways of making it. the first bowl had way too much paste, and it was super-salty. while i was eating it i got a nosebleed (directly related to the salt i think). the miso was so salty i couldnt taste my own blood.

since then ive perfected my recipe, but i keep having random nosebleeds at inopportune moments.

my tamagotchi also ran out of batteries.
